Booking Form

Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment confirmed from Elenemts Photobooth.
Non-Refundable Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or changes in event date.
Event Changes: Any request to change the event date is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing a suitable space, access to electricity, and a stable internet connection or WiFi for the photobooth setup.
Damage and Misuse: The client will be held liable for any damage to the photobooth or its accessories caused by misuse or negligence during the event.
Service Duration: The photobooth will be operational only for the duration specified in the selected plan. Additional hours may incur extra charges.
Photo Usage: Elenemts Photobooth reserves the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
